Service Description

We use games and exercises designed to build self-esteem and confidence in a fun and encouraging way. create your own dances, play fun dance-based games, develop fundamental movements and improve balance and coordination in a friendly and fun environment. This session is suitable for both those familiar with dance and to those who would like to give it a try for the first time.
