A Message From Our Founder
When I set up Sportacus Ltd on 19th March 2012, I had recently stepped away from the
professional football environment. To be honest, in those early days, I didn’t have a fully formed vision for the company — all I knew was that I wanted to be part of something bigger again, something that mattered, and something that could make a real difference in the lives of children.
Looking back now, I can say with pride that Sportacus has grown into more than just a company — it has become a community, a family, and a place of belonging for children, staff, and all the adults we meet along the way. That sense of community is at the heart of everything we do and is one of the reasons why we continue to grow, innovate, and make a meaningful impact.
At Sportacus, our ethos is simple but powerful: we believe in teaching children to become good people while helping them grow as individuals. We embrace individuality, celebrate diversity, and ensure that no one is ever excluded. This is why our slogan —
“Everyone Deserves a Chance” — remains as relevant today as it was on day one.
Our mission is to give children opportunities to have fun, develop new skills, explore their
passions, and feel safe in a nurturing environment. Whether it’s through sport, physical activity, competitive games, dance, acting, or any other interest they want to pursue, we are here to support and inspire the next generation.
We want every child to leave our sessions feeling confident, valued, and proud of what they can achieve. And we want schools and parents to trust that Sportacus is a place where children are supported, challenged, and celebrated — a place where they can truly flourish.
Every day, our dedicated team gives their all, ensuring that every programme we deliver — whether it’s PE, Forest School, holiday camps, wraparound care, or enrichment clubs —reflects our commitment to quality, inclusion, and the development of young people as rounded individuals.
Because at the end of the day, Sportacus isn’t just about activity, sport, or learning — it’s about belonging, growth, and giving every child the chance to shine.
