It doesn't matter if you are new to training and unsure of where to begin or a regular in the gym who needs some motivation. I can work with you in the gym, at home, in the park or wherever you want. We will work together to get  you fitter, healthier and happier. My sessions are always varied and are structured around HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and incorporate Kettle bells, boxing, skipping, cardio and core work. £65 per hour session
